Huawei will be showcasing the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro versions on October 16 during an event in Munich. A set of leaks shared by CompareRaja revealed a large device with a physical Home button at the center. That design was denied by a later leak appearing on 91Mobiles where the handset appears with extremely narrow framing and without the button at the bottom.
New images appearing on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo, display the upcoming Huawei Mate 10’s front panel. Changes in design are apparent, Huawei will be shrinking the size of frames and add more display to the front. An edge-to-edge screen as seen on the Xiaomi Mix will not be exactly what Huawei fans will be receiving in October, but probably there will be no edition of the Mate 10 with a physical Home button. Noting that Huawei Mate 9 has no Home button and features its fingerprint on the rear, the Mate 9 Pro comes equipped with a physical button and sports a curved display. The two leaked images should be belonging to the Mate 10 as there is shown a flat screen.
Mate 10 is rumored to be sporting a 6.3-inch 2K LCD display with 1440 x 2960 pixels, a combination of 21MP and 12MP Leica-made dual cameras on the back, 13MP selfie snapper, 4000 mAh battery, and debut Kirin 970 chipset with Android Oreo on top.
